| April 23, 2004 - Friday night was the first of
the two day J&J Ag & Travel Connection
USMTS Special at
Scotland County Speedway in Memphis, MO. Jeremy had the dirt
stock car ready to go for a good night of racing.
The stock car class
had a very low car count for the night, so track officials decided to
just have one heat race for the ten stock cars in attendance.
Unfortunately, a couple cars got together and turned sideways during the
heat race and Jeremy was unable to see or avoid the accident. The
right front suspension and body were damaged ending his night quickly.
Jeremy will not attend the second night of racing this weekend.
However, he will get the stock car repaired soon to continue racing
throughout the summer.
