| June 30, 2004 - After a good night at the
Southern Iowa Speedway, Jeremy returned for night number two of the
Stock Car Shootout. His heat race would fall short of his
expectations as he finished in the sixth position. This would mean
Jeremy would have to qualify for the feature through the B-Main.
The
adjustments he made to the car before the B-Main were almost identical
to the previous night. Once again, he changed all 4 tires and the
left side shocks. The changes were right as Jeremy went out and
won the B-Main, qualifying him for the feature.
Starting towards the rear of the field would be a real challenge for
Jeremy. He was trapped behind slower cars and was unable to
quickly pass his way through the field. In the end, Jeremy
finished 11th for the night. It was then time to head home and
prepare to leave the following day for
Kil-Kare Speedway in Xenia, OH for his third
USAR Hooters Pro Cup race of the year. |
