Batavia (IA) February 26, 2003 - MGM Motorsports and driver Jeremy Miller have secured Subway restaurants as an associate sponsor for the 2003 ASA racing season. The world's largest restaurant chain will make its debut with the season's first event at Lakeland, Florida on March 22. This will mark Subway's first venture into ASA racing. Team spokesperson Dave Granneman said, "As a new team we are extremely happy to have the backing of the world's largest fast food chain." Granneman continues stating "Subway has 17,000 locations worldwide and they understand the power of motorsports marketing. We look forward to a great partnership with Doctor's Associates, Inc., the parent company of Subway." The team will display the corporate logo and colors of Subway as it competes for the rookie of the year title in 2003. |
